Jason had a successful 11 year career at Ernst & Young LLP in London, in Geneva, and in the San Francisco Bay Area, as Director of Corporate Finance and Advisory Services. Whilst in the Bay Area he specialized in the Life Sciences and consulted up and down the West Coast of North America from Vancouver to San Diego.

On leaving E&Y, Jason joined Cambridge Antibody Technology plc in the UK as its Senior Vice President, Business Development. At CAT, Jason was responsible for executing over 25 deals with pharmaceutical companies, raising over $285 in committed funds. Together with CAT management he helped raise over $200 million in equity finance from an IPO and a Follow-On offering.

Since leaving CAT in 2004, Jason has been involved in a diverse range of projects, including 4 start-ups, 2 buy-outs, and numerous business development and strategic projects.
